Brent Glasgow Brown

Brent Glasgow Brown, MBA, CMP has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Brent began their career in 2005 as a Vocational Trainer at North Shore ConneXions Society. In 2007, they joined Strive Living Society and held various roles, including Day Program Coordinator and Residential and Day Program Manager. During their time at Strive Living Society, Brent gained experience in program administration, community building, direct care, personnel management, and quality assurance. In 2017, they transitioned to the BC Chamber of Commerce as the Director of Finance and Administration, where they led financial monitoring activities, managed the Chamber budget, and oversaw event management. In the same year, they also joined SE Health as the Director of Client Services Operations & Quality Assurance. In this role, they ensured the adherence to operational quality metrics, accurate reporting, and led formal accreditation projects. Currently, Brent holds the position of Regional Director & BD Lead, Western Canada at SE Health, where they continue to contribute to the growth and success of the organization.

Brent Glasgow Brown, MBA, CMP, obtained their MBA degree from Simon Fraser University in 2016. Prior to that, they completed a Certificate in Applied Leadership from the Justice Institute of British Columbia in 2013. In addition to their education, they hold certifications in Change Management from APMG International and Project Management Fundamentals and Change Management from Lynda.com.
