Shannon McMahon

Shannon McMahon is a seasoned Occupational Therapist with extensive experience in various healthcare settings. Currently serving as a Senior Occupational Therapist at SE Health since July 2017, Shannon specializes in in-home safety assessments, seating and mobility assessments, and funding assistance for adult community clients. Previous roles include Occupational Therapist positions at Grand River Hospital and Pursuit Health Management, where Shannon provided patient care and support across inpatient and outpatient populations, as well as assessment and treatment for individuals affected by motor vehicle accidents. Additional experience includes a Senior Occupational Therapist role at VON Canada and earlier positions focused on seating assessments in long-term care settings. Shannon holds a Master of Science in Occupational Therapy from Western University and an Honors Bachelor of Science specialized in Animal Behaviour.
