Philip Smith

Philip Smith is the Chief Financial Officer at Sanctuary Cognitive Systems. He has over 30 years of experience in banking and capital markets. Prior to his current position, he spent 28 years at Scotiabank, where he held a variety of executive roles in Finance, Capital Markets, Investment Banking, and Wealth Management. Philip holds an MBA in Analytic Finance from the University of Chicago and a BA in International Relations from the Johns Hopkins University.
