Jamie Payne

Jamie Payne, MBA, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, currently serves as the Vice President and Chief Human Resource Officer at Saint Francis Health System since April 2020. Previous roles include Senior Associate Vice President of Development Services at Oklahoma State University Foundation and Chief Human Resources Officer at Oklahoma State University. Jamie's extensive experience also includes positions at Mercury Marine, starting as a Human Resources Specialist and progressing to Director of Human Resources, as well as roles at USG and Creative Labs. Jamie holds a Master of Business Administration from the Jack Welch Management Institute and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources Management from Oklahoma State University.
