Justin Paletta, MBA has a diverse background in healthcare operations and patient access management. Justin has held various leadership roles in organizations such as Saint Francis Healthcare System, Mercy, Parallon, Coliseum Health System, Medical City Healthcare, HCA Central/West Texas, Intermountain Healthcare, and Elevation Home Health and Hospice. Justin's experience includes overseeing P&L and operational aspects of surgical clinics, anesthesia service lines, and patient access departments. Justin has implemented process improvements, standardized workflows, and increased patient access and satisfaction. Justin's strengths also include recruitment, strategic planning, and fostering interdepartmental communication.

Justin Paletta holds an Associate's degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Brigham Young University, which they obtained in 2012.
