Wayne Floyd

Wayne Floyd, CISSP, currently serves as the Executive Director of Information Technology and Cyber Security Officer at Saint Francis Healthcare System, where responsibilities include conducting risk assessments and developing plans to address cyber security gaps. Prior to this, Wayne held various senior managerial roles at Walmart, focusing on data security, cryptography, and authentication technologies, and directed teams in ensuring sensitive data protection. Wayne's career began at Alltel, where significant contributions were made in corporate systems management, project oversight, and IT compliance. Wayne holds an MBA in Accounting from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock and a BBA in Accounting, Finance, and Computer Information Systems from Southern Arkansas University.
