Sean O'Neill has extensive experience in education, currently serving as the Ave Crux Director at Saint Francis High School since 2012, overseeing an academic summer program for first-generation students that includes responsibilities such as budgeting, hiring, curriculum development, and applicant selection. O'Neill also teaches various religious studies courses, including Old Testament, Intro to Catholicism, The Bible and Self-Reflection, and Ethics and Social Justice for different grade levels, as well as Spanish levels 1 and 2. Additionally, O'Neill has held the position of Associate Director of Student Activities, leading student groups in school events, and has experience as an Assistant JV Girls Lacrosse Coach. O'Neill holds a Master of Arts in Pastoral Ministry with a concentration in Hispanic Ministry from Boston College and a Bachelor of Arts in Spanish from Loyola University Maryland.
