Beth O'Keefe

Beth O'Keefe, SPHR has over 20 years of experience in human resources. Beth is currently serving as the Director of Human Resources, North America at Saint-Gobain ADFORS, where they lead, supports, and coordinates all HR functions for the business. Prior to this, Beth worked as the Director of Human Resources at Dent Neurologic Institute, the largest outpatient neurology practice in the US. Beth has also served as a Human Resources Manager at Ahold Delhaize and Ahold USA, American Sales Company, where they managed HR functions and provided advice and insight on associate relations issues. Additionally, Beth has experience as a Human Resource Administrator at Pyramid Management Group. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated expertise in driving engagement, developing strategies to enhance business operations, and providing timely guidance on HR matters.

Beth O'Keefe, SPHR obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree from the University at Buffalo in 1994. Beth also holds a NYS Regents Diploma from Nardin Academy. Additionally, they have completed graduate studies in Industrial & Labor Relations and has certifications in Internal Consulting, Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt (ICYB), SPHR, and Strategic HR Leadership from Cornell University ILR School, MGMA, and HR Certification Institute - HRCI, respectively.
