Scott Grau

Scott Grau is an experienced Human Resources professional with a diverse background in compensation, benefits, and HR programs. Currently serving as Human Resources Leader at Saint-Gobain ADFORS, Scott previously held senior leadership roles at Ardagh Group, including Sr. Vice President of Human Resources and Vice President of Compensation and Benefits, Business Partner for Metals America. Additional experience includes various director and managerial positions in compensation and benefits at Saint-Gobain and a role as Sr. Actuarial Analyst at Towers Perrin. Scott holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics and Actuarial Science from PennWest Clarion.
