Su-Anne van Wyk

Su-Anne Van Wyk (Brand) currently serves as the Head of HR Commercial at Saint-Gobain Africa, where responsibilities include acting as an HR business partner across various sectors such as Retail Sales and Supply Chain since July 2016. Previous roles encompass leadership positions in talent management and organizational development, with a solid foundation as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner at Standard Bank Group, where Su-Anne managed significant staffing and restructuring initiatives. With a diverse background in organizational design, change management, and talent development, supported by extensive experience in consulting and operational roles across several prominent organizations including Investec and Absa, Su-Anne has developed a strong expertise in enhancing HR practices and driving strategic organizational effectiveness. Academic qualifications include an Honors BBA from MANCOSA, along with multiple degrees in Human Resources Management and Industrial & Organisational Psychology.
