Líder De Projeto De Pesquisa E Desenvolvimento at Saint-Gobain Brasil

Cecilia Biancardi is a highly experienced professional in research and development, currently serving as the Leader of R&D for adhesive mortars at Saint-Gobain Brasil since January 2015. In this role, Cecilia leads cross-departmental projects aimed at optimizing product formulations to enhance quality, reduce costs, and decrease CO2 emissions across 25 Quartzolit plants in Brazil. Prior positions include R&D Leader and Senior R&D Engineer at Brasilit, where Cecilia focused on improving product quality and developing new materials. Education includes an MBA in Data Science and Analytics from USP/Esalq, a Bachelor's degree in Materials Engineering from Escola Politécnica da USP, and a Master's in Chemical Engineering from Ecole Nationale Supérieure de Chimie de Montpellier. Additionally, Cecilia has completed business training and a postgraduate program in Philosophy and Self-Awareness.
