Kaisa Ara

Kaisa Ara has a diverse work experience in various roles and companies. Kaisa started their career in 2006 as a Process Operator at UPM Kymmene, where they worked until 2007. Kaisa then joined Saint-Gobain Finland in 2007 as a Process Development Engineer until 2011, and later became a Plant Manager from 2012 to 2016. Kaisa then moved to Saint-Gobain Byggevarer as a Production Manager in 2016 and worked there until 2017. In 2017, they returned to Saint-Gobain Finland as the Operations Director, where their current role is ongoing.

Kaisa Ara obtained a Master of Science degree in Environmental Science from Tampere University of Technology between 1965 and 2018.
