Bhagavathy Subramoniam

Bhagavathy Subramoniam has significant experience in human resources, currently serving as an HR Business Partner for IT Operations at Saint-Gobain India Private Limited since July 2017. In this role, Bhagavathy oversees IT operations in Sriperumbudur WGC while also contributing to the onboarding process for teams across India as a former Onboarding Specialist. Prior to this, Bhagavathy worked as an HR Associate at Saint-Gobain Research India from February 2015 to July 2017, and as a Human Resources Administrator at KONE ELEVATOR INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED for nearly seven years, focusing on employee relations and general HR activities. Bhagavathy holds a PG Diploma in HR & IR from Madras School of Social Work and a B.Sc. in Computer Science from ST Hindu College Nagercoil.
