Shreya V has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as the Head of Human Resources for the Home & Hospitality Business at Saint-Gobain India Private Limited since July 2016. Shreya has held multiple HR roles within the company, progressing from a management trainee to team leader and head of HR. Prior to Saint-Gobain, Shreya completed various HR internships at organizations including Spini, TAFE, Microsoft, and Reliance Jio Infocomm Limited. Educational qualifications include a Global Doctor of Business Administration in Human Resources from upGrad.com, a Master’s Degree in Human Resources Management and Social Work from Madras School of Social Work, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Physics (Honours) from Ramjas College. Shreya's early work involved community development and social research initiatives, further showcasing a commitment to social impact.
