Cindy Anstey is an experienced HR professional with a strong background in compensation management and employee engagement, currently serving as HR Manager for Exterior Product Sales at CertainTeed, a position held since October 2014. In this role, Cindy oversees the execution of HR strategies and initiatives, ensuring alignment of HR services across teams. Prior to this, Cindy held several key positions at CertainTeed, including Senior Compensation Manager and Compensation Manager for North America, where responsibilities included managing compensation programs, training, and vendor relationships. Cindy's earlier experience at CSL Behring involved global compensation and mobility oversight, as well as HR generalist duties, supporting large employee groups. Cindy holds a Master’s degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from West Chester University and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the State University of New York at Oswego.
