Megan Hodder

Megan Hodder is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in strategy and management within the manufacturing and construction sectors. Currently serving as the Senior Manager of Strategy for Saint-Gobain Canada since May 2022, Megan previously held roles including Manager of Strategy and Strategic Projects at CertainTeed Canada and Strategy Analyst for Saint-Gobain. Prior to these positions, Megan contributed to CertainTeed Corporation in various leadership roles, including Production Manager and Process Control and Quality Manager, and started the career as an Operations Specialist at Catalyst Paper and an Environmental Management Analyst at BC Public Service. Megan holds a Master of Business Administration from UBC Sauder School of Business and a Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering with an Environmental Specialization from The University of British Columbia.
