Mireille Fink

Mireille Fink is an experienced professional in talent acquisition and human resources, currently serving as a Senior Partner in Talent Acquisition at Saint-Gobain North America since September 2022. Prior to this, Mireille worked as a Talent Acquisition Associate at Saint-Gobain North America, as well as an Administrative Agent in the Covid Testing Clinic at CISSS de la Montérégie-Ouest from March 2021 to October 2022. Mireille has a strong background in human resources, having held the position of Human Resources Coordinator in the Industrial Sector at Umanico from August 2018 to March 2021 and Volunteer Coordinator at the Fondation de la Maison de soins palliatifs Vaudreuil-Soulanges from July 2012 to July 2018. Mireille began a career in recruitment as a Recruitment Consultant at Metafore from June 2008 to July 2012 and has experience in training and development, having worked as a Trainer and Internal Training Team Leader at mcmr (Unamico) from 2003 to June 2008. Mireille holds a Bachelor's degree in Geography and a Certificate in Applied Geology from the Université du Québec à Montréal.
