Hugo Mathgen

Hugo Mathgen has extensive experience in the engineering and project management fields, currently serving as an International Project Leader at Saint-Gobain Sekurit since March 2019, with prior roles as Junior Key Account Manager and in product and advanced engineering positions. Hugo began professional development as a Junior Buyer at Kohler Co., contributing through vendor negotiations and cost optimization during a six-month internship and subsequent contract. Earlier experience includes serving as a Quality Engineer Trainee at Faurecia, supporting quality assurance in the development of new FORD models, and a technical internship at CRITT MDTS focused on aligning measuring standards. Hugo holds a Master's degree in Materials Engineering from UTT and a two-year university degree in Physical Measurements.
