Christine Karlsson

Christine Karlsson, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, is an accomplished human resources professional with extensive experience in total rewards, HR operations, and talent management. Currently serving as Vice President of Total Rewards at Saint-Gobain since January 2022, Christine has held senior leadership roles at notable organizations including Docebo, Student Transportation of America, and Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP. With a strong background in compensation, benefits administration, and human resources, Christine has also contributed to American Water and NRG Energy as Vice President. Educational qualifications include a Master Certificate in Human Resources from Cornell University, a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Delaware, and completion of the Certified Employee Benefit Specialist Program at The Wharton School.
