Gustavo Siqueira

Gustavo Siqueira is an experienced professional in human resources and management, currently serving as the Vice President of Human Resources at Saint-Gobain since September 2023. Siqueira has been the Chairman of the Board of Directors at Instituto Trata Brasil since June 2019, focusing on improving access to treated sewage and potable water for the Brazilian population. Prior roles at Saint-Gobain include Managing Director for both Latin America and Brazil, and General Manager. Siqueira has extensive experience in sales, marketing, and human resources within the organization since 2000. Furthermore, Siqueira has academic experience as a university professor at Universidade Federal Fluminense. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Business Administration from COPPEAD UFRJ and another MBA in Corporate Law from the Federal University of the State of Rio de Janeiro, alongside a Bachelor's degree in Law from Universidade Gama Filho.
