Harshit Pandey

Harshit Pandey currently serves as an HR Business Partner for the Sales & Marketing and Plant HR teams at Saint-Gobain, overseeing HR responsibilities for the Abrasives Nagpur and Himachal plants and driving centralized initiatives across India. With prior experience as a Management Trainee in HR - COE at Saint-Gobain, Harshit has demonstrated expertise in manpower planning and employee policy reviews.
