Laetitia Jubin

Laetitia Jubin, PhD, serves as the Business & Technological Development Director for the New Horizon Team in Ceramics and the VP of Strategy and M&A for SEMEA building materials design, production, and distribution at Saint-Gobain since November 2020. From 2019 to October 2020, Laetitia was involved in projects at the Direction Générale des Entreprises, focusing on public policies for breakthrough innovation technologies and venture capital investment. Laetitia completed a PhD in NanoFluidics at École normale supérieure, studying ionic and mass transport at the nanoscale, with applications in energy generation, water accessibility, health, the environment, and the agri-food industry. Additional experience includes evaluating energy storage technologies at CEA, teaching thermodynamics at Université Pierre et Marie Curie, and conducting research in neuroscience and polymer physics at UCL and McMaster University, respectively. Laetitia holds a Bachelor's and Master's degree in Physics with high honors from École normale supérieure and achieved top recognition at Lycée Louis-le-Grand during previous educational pursuits.
