Aaron Short

AJ Short has a diverse work experience in the field of strength and conditioning. Aaron "AJ" started their career as an Athletic Training Student at John Carroll University in 2010 and continued to gain experience as a Strength and Conditioning Intern at various institutions including the University of Louisiana at Monroe, Westside Barbell, Webber International University, and the University of California. In 2015, they worked as a Graduate Assistant Strength & Conditioning Coach at The University of Akron before moving on to become the Strength and Conditioning Coordinator at Solon High School in 2016. Currently, they hold the position of Assistant Director of Strength and Conditioning at Saint Ignatius High School and also serves as the Director of Rugby Operations. AJ Short has extensive experience in the field and has held various roles in both educational and athletic settings.

Aaron "AJ" Short attended St. Ignatius High School from 2005 to 2009. Aaron "AJ" then went on to obtain a Bachelor's Degree in Kinesiology and Exercise Science from John Carroll University from 2009 to 2013.
