Catherine Geletka

Catherine (Cat) Geletka, LPC, CTRP-C, currently serves as a therapist at Ellie Mental Health in Westlake, OH, since June 2024, and as an academic coach at Saint Ignatius High School since August 2021. Prior experience includes roles at Boys Hope Girls Hope of Northeastern Ohio, where Geletka was promoted to Senior Program Director for results in staff and scholar development, having co-chaired the Program Path Forward Task Force during Covid-19. Previous positions also include Residential Program Director and Assistant Director of Residence Life at The Ohio State University, where Geletka managed a large team and ensured policy adherence across multiple campuses. At Ashland University, Geletka held titles including Director of Residence Life and Career Specialist, contributing to organizational management and campus development. Early work experience includes counselor trainee roles and youth advocacy, alongside a degree in Psychology from John Carroll University and a Master’s in Clinical Counseling from Ashland Theological Seminary.
