Kristy Mills

Kristy Mills has a diverse background in the field of sports and exercise science, with experience ranging from performance analysis to clinical exercise physiology. Currently working as a Clinical Exercise Physiologist at MQ Health, Kristy also holds a position as a Sport and Exercise Science PBL Supervisor at the University of Technology Sydney. With a Master's degree in Clinical Exercise Physiology from Charles Sturt University and a Master's degree in High Performance Sport from Australian Catholic University, Kristy brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to their roles.
