Keshia Exum-Pryor has extensive experience in human resources and management. Keshia currently serves as a Milwaukee County Civil Service Commission Member. Prior to this, they held the position of Chief People Officer at Saint John's On The Lake, where they provided leadership and guidance in all HR functions. Keshia was also the Director of Human Resources at the same organization, responsible for implementing an HRIS system and reducing health insurance administration costs. Before that, they worked as the Human Resources Director/Strategic Partner at RCS Innovations, where they supported disciplinary action, employee relations, and compliance with federal laws. Keshia also designed a performance management program and introduced a safety program as a Safety Director. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Human Resources Generalist at Stainless Foundry & Engineering, Inc, where they focused on diversity initiatives and the recruitment process. Keshia started their professional journey as an Admissions Advisor/Recruiter at DeVry University and as a Human Resources Assistant at Pieper Electric.

Keshia Exum-Pryor, MBA, PHR, SHRM-CP, holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Cardinal Stritch University, with a focus on Business. Keshia also completed a Certificate of Human Resources from Concordia University-Wisconsin, specializing in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration. In addition, Keshia obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Human Resources/Marketing from Lubar College of Business. Keshia has also earned the SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) certification from the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM).
