Natalie Nowatzke

Natalie Nowatzke is an experienced legal professional currently serving as an Adjunct Instructor at Saint Joseph's College from January 2024 to May 2024, co-teaching a course on Environmental Law & Policy. From August 2022 to May 2024, Natalie held multiple roles at the University of Maine School of Law, including Managing Editor and Staff Editor for the Ocean and Coastal Law Journal, as well as participating in the Arctic Law Fellowship and serving as a Teaching Fellow. Additional experience includes working as a Legal Extern at Maine Conservation Voters, an Offshore Wind Intern at the Governor's Energy Office, and a Zoonotic Disease Intern at WildAid. Natalie's foundational experiences also encompass roles as a Junior Analyst and Intern with the International Association of Maritime and Port Executives, alongside various customer service positions. Natalie holds a Doctor of Law (JD) from the University of Maine School of Law and dual Bachelor's degrees in Biochemistry and Political Science and Government from Winona State University.
