Julia Betancourt

Julia Betancourt has a robust background in education and program coordination. Currently serving as a 5th Grade Teacher for the Archdiocese of New York, Julia also held roles such as Administrative Program Associate, Film Screening Committee Member, and Accessibility Coordinator & Production Assistant at the ReelAbilities Film Festival. Additional experience includes positions as a Private Tutor, Substitute Teacher, and Student Teacher within the NYC Department of Education, as well as a focus on Disability Inclusion at the United Nations. Julia's academic credentials include a Bachelor of Arts in English from Barnard College and a Master of Science in Education in Childhood Education from The City College of New York.
