Caroline Baker

Caroline Baker has over 20 years of experience in the financial aid field. Caroline began their career in 1995 as an Assistant Director of Financial Aid at Eastern University. In 1997, they transitioned to PHEAA where they served as a Program Review Specialist until 2006. Following that, they joined Delaware County Community College as an Associate Director of Financial Aid until 2019. Currently, they are the Associate Director of Financial Aid at Saint Joseph's University.

Caroline Baker holds a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Criminal Justice from West Chester University of Pennsylvania, as well as a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Human Resources Management and Services from Cabrini College.
