Tom Rath

Tom Rath currently serves as the Manager of Mission Advancement at St. Jude's League Community Development, where responsibilities include developing the organization's first major gift program and overseeing planned giving initiatives. With previous experience as the Manager of Communications and Development at Saint Leonard's Ministries, Rath was instrumental in donor development, stewardship, and implementing major gift strategies. Additional roles include Capital Campaign Consultant at St. Luke Academy, Chocolatier at Belgian Chocolatier Piron, and various leadership positions within nonprofit organizations such as the Depression and Bipolar Support Alliance and The Salvation Army, where Rath successfully established major gifts programs. Rath holds a Bachelor of Arts in Leadership and Organizational Behavior from Northwestern University.
