Frédéric Cosniam

Frédéric Cosniam has a background in Acoustique Vibration Signal from Le Mans Université. With experience in various roles such as Responsable d'Agence at JM Prestations and Formateur en TIC at Echangeur Basse-Normandie, Frédéric currently holds the position of Directeur du développement économique et de Pôle Agglo 21 at Saint-Lô Agglo. Prior to that, Frédéric served as Conseiller Entreprise TIC at Chambre de Commerce Ouest Normandie. Throughout their career, Frédéric has been involved in providing technical support to project leaders and companies, promoting e-commerce, and conducting training sessions in the field of TIC.
