Ken Herold

Ken Herold is a seasoned technology innovator and entrepreneur with extensive experience in the fields of design thinking, innovation, and technology leadership. Currently serving as Co-Founder of "the Startup Within" since January 2016, Ken integrates innovative tactics into various organizations. As the Founder and Innovation Catalyst at Thoughtware LLC, Ken advises numerous corporates and startups on idea generation and business modeling. In academia, Ken is an Adjunct Professor at Saint Louis University, teaching entrepreneurship and innovation in both the MBA program and the School of Science and Engineering. Ken's previous roles include Chief Technology Officer at Selequity, Chief Knowledge Officer at HOK Inc., and the founding Executive Director of buildingSMART International. Ken holds a graduate degree in Artificial Intelligence from Washington University in St. Louis and a Bachelor of Architecture from Kansas State University.
