Sean Bourke

Sean Bourke currently serves as the Senior Associate Athletic Director for Development and Revenue Generation at Saint Louis University since August 2025. Prior to this role, Sean was the Assistant Athletic Director for Development at Creighton University from July 2023 to August 2025. Sean's career in athletic development includes positions such as Assistant Director of Development and Development Coordinator at Wisconsin Athletics from March 2018 to July 2023, as well as Development Assistant at the University of Nebraska Lincoln - Athletic Department from July 2017 to February 2018. Sean began a career in this field as a Graduate Assistant at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln from August 2016 to July 2017 and held earlier roles at Loras College, including Student Ambassador and Athletic Communications Assistant, along with an internship at Loyola University Chicago. Sean holds a Master’s Degree in Business from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln and a Bachelor’s Degree in Sport Management and Finance from Loras College.
