Soheila Sabouri

Soheila Sabouri is a highly experienced researcher in the fields of neuroscience and biochemistry, currently serving as a Postdoctoral Researcher at Saint Louis University since April 2025. Previously, Soheila held a similar position at Worcester Polytechnic Institute from February 2023 to March 2025 and worked as a Science Demonstrator and Ph.D. Scholar at La Trobe University from July 2018 to January 2023, focusing on cellular and molecular mechanisms related to stress and neurodegenerative diseases. Soheila's early career includes research assistant roles at Zanjan University of Medical Sciences, where expertise in pharmaceutical nanotechnology was developed, as well as lecturing in biophysics, enhancing undergraduate education through innovative teaching methods. Soheila earned a Ph.D. in Neuroscience from La Trobe University and holds a Master's degree in Biophysics from the University of Tehran.
