Judy Rancour

Judy Rancour has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Judy began their career at Dillards Dept Store in 1984, where they worked as a Buyer until 1989. Judy then transitioned to the role of Divisional Merchandise Manager, a position they held until joining Gordmans in 2011 as the Vice President/Divisional Merchandise Manager. In this role, they were responsible for managing merchandise for the company. After spending three years at Gordmans, they joined Saint Louis Zoo in 2014 as the Director of Retail Operations. Their most notable achievement at Dillards was as a Product Development Coordinator, where they successfully created and developed a private brand program, leading to a significant increase in sales and gross profit for twelve years.
