Rick Jordan

Rick Jordan has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. In 2001, they worked as a Web Developer and Programmer at The Trinity Companies until 2003. From 2003 to 2005, they were the Owner and Web Developer at SOL Technology. In 2019, they served as a Help Desk Technician at Ranken Technical College from June to October. In 2018, they worked as a Network Operations Center Technician at Datotel until January 2020. From January to March 2020, they served as an Implementation Consultant at InterVision Systems. Currently, they are working as a System Administrator at Saint Louis Zoo since March 2020.

Rick Jordan completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Information Technology/Management Information Systems from the University of Missouri-Saint Louis from 1998 to 2001. In 2018 to 2019, they pursued an Associate's degree in Computer Systems Networking and Telecommunications at Ranken Technical College. During the same period, they also attended the Cisco Networking Academy, focusing on CCNA Routing and Switching and CCNA Security.

In 2004 to 2006, Rick pursued an Associate of Occupational Studies (AOS) degree in Baking and Pastry Arts/Baker/Pastry Chef at L'Ecole Culinaire. Looking ahead, in 2023, they plan to complete a certificate program in Artificial Intelligence at FourthBrain.

In addition to their formal education, Rick obtained several certifications. These include the Massachusetts Institute of Technology's Designing and Building AI Products and Services, obtained in June 2023. Other certifications include the Paessler Certified Monitoring Expert from Paessler AG in September 2020, AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner from Amazon Web Services (AWS) in April 2020, 4011 INFOSEC Recognition, and Cisco Certified Network Associate Security (CCNA) obtained in November 2019. Rick also holds a Cisco Certified Network Associate Routing and Switching (CCNA) qualification obtained in May 2019, CompTIA A+ certification received in December 2018, and Microsoft Certified IT Professional: Enterprise Desktop Support Technician, Windows 7 (MCITP) acquired in 2018.
