Stan Herman, MBA, ChBC has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Stan started their career in 1987 as the VP of Sales and Chief Marketing Officer at Aid Association for Lutherans, where they managed a large team of representatives and oversaw sales in multiple financial services areas. In 2001, Stan became the President of Stan Herman Inc., a position they still hold. Stan also served as a retired Vistage Chair at Vistage International from 2001 to 2011. In 2010, they took on the role of Past President at Cycle of Success Institute - Missouri/Kansas LLC, where they focused on teaching business improvement strategies to privately and family-owned businesses. Currently, Stan works as a Railroad Engineer at St. Louis Zoo Railroad, ensuring safe and enjoyable transportation for visitors.
