Rich Becker has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of creative services and design. Rich started their career in 1989 as the Creative Director and Owner of their own company, Becker Design, where they worked directly with clients to establish marketing and creative objectives. Rich led client projects through all phases of the design and production process, including branding, internet site design, corporate identity, and product and package design. In 2004, they joined Hallmark Cards as an Art Director and Senior Publication Designer, where they provided creative direction for high-profile programs with large clients. Additionally, they led teams through the design and production process to create catalogs for various distribution channels. Two years later, in 2012, they took on a new role as an Instructor at the Kansas City Art Institute, where they shared their expertise and knowledge with students. Then, in the same year, they joined Saint Luke's Health System as the Team Lead for Creative Services.
Rich Becker attended The University of Kansas from 1978 to 1980, where they earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) degree in Visual Communications/Illustration.
