Shauna Snail Thompson is a retired professional with extensive experience in quality systems and process excellence within the healthcare sector. With a tenure at Saint Luke's Health System spanning from July 2011 to the present, Shauna held multiple leadership roles, including System Director Process Excellence, Senior Director of Quality & Patient Safety, and System Director of Quality Data & Measurement. Prior to retirement in June 2022, Shauna contributed significantly to the advancement of quality standards and patient safety initiatives.
