Victor Arellano has a diverse work experience history. Victor started their career as a Student Representative for the City of Stockton, MO in 2016, where they provided updates to the Board of Aldermen on school activities and gave insight on youth projects. In 2018, they became a Student Representative for the Stockton Area Chamber of Commerce, establishing communication between the local high school and the Chamber while gathering data from the school system. In 2021, they transitioned to the University of Missouri-Kansas City as a Research Assistant, supervising ongoing projects and organizing writing projects for grant proposals. Victor's most recent role is at Saint Luke's Health System, where they started as a Patient Transporter in 2021, promoted to Patient Transportation Team Lead in 2021, and currently serves as a Staffing Coordinator CSO, evaluating staffing levels and coordinating staff deployment.

Victor Arellano obtained a High School Diploma from Stockton High School in the years 2015-2019. Victor then pursued a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Public Health at the University of Missouri-Kansas City from 2019 to 2023.

In addition to their academic qualifications, Victor also obtained various certifications. These include CITI Health Information Privacy and Security (HIPS) from the CITI Program, Conflict of Interest, Group 2 Social and Behavioral Investigator, and Social and Behavioral Responsible Conduct of Research, all from the CITI Program. Victor also acquired a certification in Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers (BLS) from the American Heart Association.
