Allen Bonace

Allen Bonace has extensive experience in the nursing and healthcare management field, having dedicated nearly two decades to Saint Mary's Home of Erie in various leadership roles, including President/CEO and Chief Operating Officer. Prior positions include Nurse Manager at Saint Vincent Health System and Director of Nursing Information Systems at Hamot Medical Center. Allen also served as an adjunct professor at Gannon University, focusing on Nursing Administration theory. Allen holds an MSN/MBA degree from Gannon University and an AAS in Nursing from Hocking College, alongside a prior educational background at Ohio University.
