Rob Springer

Rob Springer has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Rob currently serves as the Director of Engagement at Saint Michael and All Angels Episcopal Church. Previously, they were an Advisory Board Member at the Placemaking Leadership Council, where they supported the development of Placemaking as an international movement. Rob also worked as the Director of Development at the Soules College of Business at the University of Texas at Tyler. Rob has experience in project management as the Interim VP at Senior By Design. Prior to that, they served as the Director of Annual Giving at Tyler Junior College, where they successfully raised over $1 million for various programs and initiatives. Rob has also served as the Executive Director of the Redevelopment Commission at the City of Shelbyville and as the Executive Director at the MDA of Central Indiana. Rob has a background in church consulting, marketing, community engagement, and web development, having worked as a Church Consultant at the Shelbyville Community Church. Additionally, Rob has experience in event coordination, marketing, and teaching, having worked at Broward County School Board in various capacities. Rob has also had the unique opportunity to be the 1st Tenor in the Miami Dolphins Voices. Rob Springer's education history is as follows:

From 1988 to 1992, Rob attended Baylor University, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Marketing.

Between 2001 and 2005, Rob pursued a Master's degree in Theology/Theological Studies from Regent University.

In 2017, Rob enrolled in Leadership Tyler and studied Community Involvement. It is unclear if they obtained a degree from this institution.

In 2018, Rob attended Champions School of Real Estate and earned a Realtor degree, focusing on Real Estate.

Prior to attending Baylor University, Rob briefly attended Tarrant County College in 1987-1988, studying General Studies.
