From 1988 to 1992, Rob attended Baylor University, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Marketing.

Between 2001 and 2005, Rob pursued a Master's degree in Theology/Theological Studies from Regent University.

In 2017, Rob enrolled in Leadership Tyler and studied Community Involvement. It is unclear if they obtained a degree from this institution.
