Alan Sickles M.D.

Alan Sickles MD has a strong background in healthcare administration and leadership positions. Alan currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer and Chief Operating Officer at Saint Michael's Medical Center. Prior to this, they worked as a Consultant at The MITRE Corporation, where they provided expertise on the installation of a new Electronic Health Record system for the Defense Healthcare Management System. Before that, they held the role of Deputy Executive Director and Vice President for Hospital Operations at NYU Langone Health, where they oversaw multiple departments and developed operational efficiencies. Alan also served as the Senior Vice President of Operations and Deputy Hospital Director at Lutheran Healthcare, where they integrated departments and focused on patient safety and outcomes. Additionally, they held roles at Lutheran Medical Center and North General Hospital, where they managed various aspects of hospital operations. Lastly, they worked as the Chief Medical Officer and Senior Vice President of Medical Affairs at Cabrini Medical Center, where they improved the quality program and ensured compliance with regulatory agencies.

Alan Sickles MD obtained their Doctor of Medicine (MD) degree from the University of Dominica. Prior to that, they completed a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Psychology and Pre-Medical Studies at Boston University.
