Yolande Philibert

Yolande PHILIBERT is an experienced professional in infrastructure operations and public space development, currently serving as Chargée d'Opérations d'Infrastructures at SQY - Communauté d'agglomération de Saint-Quentin-en-Yvelines since March 2023. Previously, Yolande held the position of Responsable de l'Aménagement de l'Espace Public - Adjointe au directeur at Communauté Paris-Saclay from May 2019 to March 2023, where responsibilities included overseeing a team managing public spaces across 16 municipalities.
