Ryan Dougherty has a diverse work history in various maintenance and plant operation roles. Ryan began their career at St. Paul Academy and Summit School in 2000 as a Maintenance Engineer, where they worked until 2006. In 2010, they joined CSM Corporation as a Maintenance Technician until 2012 when they moved to Sholom. At Sholom, Ryan served as an Interim Physical Plant Supervisor from 2016 to 2016 and then as a Maintenance Engineer III until 2016. In 2016, they joined Saint Therese as a Maintenance Engineer, and later shifted to the role of Director of Environmental Services/Safety from 2019 to 2020. Currently, Ryan is working at Saint Therese as the Director of Plant Operations.
Ryan Dougherty attended Century College from 2006 to 2008, where they obtained an Associate of Science degree in Information and Telecommunication Technology. In addition to their formal education, Ryan also holds several certifications, including the Certified Pool & Spa Operator (CPO) certification from the Pool & Hot Tub Alliance, the EPA Section 608 Universal Refrigeration Certification from the ESCO Institute, and the Minnesota 1st Class C Engineer certification from the MN Department of Labor and Industry.
