Kamal Pokhrel

Kamal Pokhrel is a dedicated medical professional with extensive experience across various roles in healthcare. Currently serving as a Hospitalist at Hartford Hospital since September 2023, Kamal has also been an Internal Medicine Resident at Saint Vincent Hospital since July 2020. Previous contributions include observational roles at the University of Utah School of Medicine and Parkland Health and Hospital System, as well as a Visiting Scholar at the University of Utah's Division of PA Studies. Kamal's commitment to social work is evident from involvement with Sangsangai, a non-profit organization focused on earthquake relief efforts in Nepal. Earlier clinical experience includes work as a Medical Doctor at Rasuwa District Hospital and various internships in medicine and surgery at KIST Medical College and other institutions. Kamal holds a Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) from KIST Medical College and a solid educational background in medicine.
