Brian Hotzfield has extensive work experience in enrollment management and admission roles. Brian started their career at McMaster-Carr as a Proofreader/Technical Editor. In 2002, they joined Saint Xavier University as an Admission Counselor and subsequently held various positions including Assistant Director of Admission, Associate Director of Admission, and Director of Undergraduate Admission. From 2012 to 2019, they served as the Executive Director of Admission and then became the Assistant Vice President of Strategic Enrollment Management. In 2021, they were promoted to Associate Vice President of Strategic Enrollment Management and Student Success, where they provided leadership in recruitment, retention, and graduation efforts. Currently, Brian is the Vice President of Enrollment at Saint Xavier University, responsible for overseeing undergraduate and graduate admission, records and registration office, transfer center, and athletics. Brian closely collaborates with other departments such as financial aid, institutional research, marketing, and student success.

Brian Hotzfield completed their education with a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Project Management from Saint Xavier University in 2010. Prior to that, they attained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Communication from the same university in 1999. In 1996, they began their educational journey at Moraine Valley Community College, where they obtained an Associate of Arts (A.A.) degree.
