Tinny Cheung

Tinny Cheung, Ed.D. is a seasoned educational leader currently serving as Vice President of Enrollment Management and Student Affairs at Rockland Community College, where strategic leadership focuses on data, systems, and student-centered design to enhance enrollment and retention. With extensive experience at Union County College, roles included Assistant Dean of Student Success, Director of Student Success Initiatives, Associate Director of Student Success, Coordinator of Student Success, and Student Services Specialist, all contributing to significant improvements in graduation rates and student support services. Tinny Cheung has also held various adjunct professor positions at Kean University and Essex County College, teaching psychology and health courses. Tinny Cheung's educational credentials include an Ed.D. in Educational Leadership from Rowan University, as well as a Master’s in Counselor Education and a Bachelor’s in Psychology and Sociology from Kean University.
