Antonio Frascella

Antonio Frascella is a professional in project planning and quality control with extensive experience in various engineering projects. Currently serving as Project Planning and Control at Saipem since September 2023, Antonio is involved in the Angola Northern Gas Complex Quiluma Project and additional fabrication projects. Previously, at Impes Service SpA from June 2021 to September 2023, Antonio held the positions of QC Manager and Quality Engineer, overseeing teams and ensuring quality compliance for major initiatives such as the Neste Rotterdam Site Development and New Naphtha Complex EPC. Additional experience includes roles at Siderplus as a Junior Project Manager and at Engitech Srl, Meth Engineering Srl, and other firms in quality inspection roles for notable aerospace projects including Boeing 787 and Airbus A321 manufacturing. Antonio holds a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from Università Telematica Pegaso and completed foundational education at ITIS A. Pacinotti.
