Erick Faustino

Erick Faustino is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in contracts management and compliance within the oil and gas and maritime sectors. Currently serving as Project Contracts Manager at Saipem, Erick is involved with the SURF (EPCI) project for Total Energies. Prior to this role, Erick was Senior Counsel at Subsea 7, focusing on contracts, corporate matters, and regulatory compliance. Erick's legal career began at Pinheiro Neto Advogados, where various roles included Associate Counsel with a specialization in Maritime Law, Oil and Gas, and Port Law. Academic qualifications include a Pós-Graduação in Shipping Law from UERJ and ongoing studies in American Law at the University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School.
